Dr. Wayne Hilsden
Founder and President of FIRM
Wayne Hilsden co-founded King of Kings in 1983, a Messiah-centered
congregation in the heart of Jerusalem, and then helped to plant three
other congregations in Israel. The church expanded into a multifaceted
ministry that exists today. In 1990, Wayne co-founded Israel College of
the Bible. He has invested much of his life in mentoring young Israeli
leaders, many of whom are key leaders in today Israel’s Body of
believers. His wife Ann has produced many Messianic music albums and
continues to assist Israeli songwriters to compose and release new
worship songs in Hebrew. Wayne earned a Master of Divinity degree from
Wycliffe College and the University of Toronto, and a Doctor of Ministry
degree from Asbury Seminary. Wayne and Ann live in Jerusalem and have
four sons.
Jonathan Wiggins
Senior Pastor, Rez.Church, Colorado
Jonathan Wiggins is the lead pastor of REZ. Church in Loveland,
Colorado, whose mission is to reach unchurched people in the Northern
Colorado area. In partnership with ARC, he led the century-old church to
become a thriving multi-site model. His ministry calling is simply to
love, serve, equip, inspire and genuinely connect with all kinds of
people. In 2019, Jonathan launched a statewide initiative called Nothing
Without God, which partners with and financially supports new church
plants throughout Colorado. Through his website, he regularly
contributes digital resources for leaders who are seeking to develop and
deepen relationships in their families, friendships, and organizations.
Jonathan is married to his high school sweetheart, Amy. They have four
children, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson named Johnny.
Stephen Hertzog
Regional Director, PAOC International Missions in Eurasia
Steve has served as the Regional Director for PAOC International
Missions in Eurasia since 2015. Born and raised in a Jewish family in
Montreal, Quebec, Steve accepted Christ at the age of 18. Earning
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from McGill University, Steve served as
a full-time pastor and part-time college teacher in Montreal and then in
Edmonton, Alberta, for eight years. In 1993, he started a 22-year
ministry at Vanguard College in Edmonton, first as a professor and dean
of students, then president of the school. At PAOC, Steve oversees and
empowers 60 wonderful global workers engaged in “Reaching, Planting,
Equipping & Caring” in 22 nations from Siberia in Russia to Spain,
England to Israel. Steve is married to Patti, they have three daughters
and six grandchildren.
Dr. Mitch Glaser
President, Chosen People Ministries
Dr. Mitch Glaser was born into a nominally Orthodox Jewish home in New
York City. After reading the New Testament and studying Messianic
prophecies in the Hebrew Scriptures, Dr. Glaser received Jesus in 1970.
Almost immediately, he became involved with the West Coast branch of
Chosen People Ministries (formerly known as the American Board of
Missions to the Jews). Dr. Glaser became the President of the
organization in 1997. Dr. Glaser holds a Master of Divinity degree in
Old Testament from Talbot School of Theology as well as a Ph.D. in
Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is the
co-recipient of Christianity Today’s Award of Merit in an apologetics
category for 2009. Mitch and his wife live in Brooklyn, New York City
and have two adult daughters.
Ezra Benjamin
Vice President of Global Ministry Affairs
Ezra Benjamin has served at Jewish Voice in the Global Outreach
Department for just over seven years. Following an outreach to Ethiopia
where he served as a volunteer in the spiritual care and triage
departments, Ezra was deeply impacted by the mission and vision of
Jonathan and Jewish Voice to reach and bless his Jewish people scattered
among the nations—especially the scattered Jewish communities throughout
Africa and into Asia. Ezra moved from Chicago to Phoenix in 2010 to join
the staff of JVMI as a Logistics Manager, handling the tactical
preparation for and execution of Jewish Voice outreaches and festivals.
He senses a strong calling to be a help, a blessing, and a light to his
people—especially those hurting or suffering in remote communities of
the world.
Pastor Lee Domingue
Lee Domingue is an entrepreneur, international speaker, pastor and
author of 4 books: Stay in Your Lane, Pearls Of The King, KB GAMEPLAN
Devotional and The Family Meeting Guide. His passion for the local
church to be the hope of the world drives him to help pastors and

of success in the automotive, finance, energy, healthcare, and

m360, and SLC Capital. Lee’s pioneering spirit led him to create the
first virtual automobile buying service in 1993 that revolutionized the
automotive retail industry making way for companies like Autobytel,
Autotrader, Cars.com, Carvana, and TrueCar. In 2007, Lee and his wife,
Laura started Trafficking Hope, an anti-human trafficking campaign that
has helped hundreds of victims. Lee was co-Executive Producer of
anti-trafficking motion picture, CAGED NO MORE, which released in 2015.
Lee served his home state as Commissioner on the Louisiana Motor Vehicle
Commission from 1999 – 2003. Lee was the youngest person to be named
2008 Business Report / Junior Achievement “Businessperson of the Year.”
In 2014, Lee and his wife Laura received the “Community Leaders of the
Year” award from the Cenikor Foundation. Lee has served on various
boards like A21 Campaign, Omni Bank and Promise Keepers. Lee and Laura
have been married 35 years and have 5 children and 8 grandchildren.
Lori Miller
President of AvodahConnect
Lori Miller is the President of AvodahConnect, the language division of
Avodah, Inc., a technology company developing advanced Artificial
Intelligence (AI) to provide language access to marginalized communities
worldwide. With over 20 years of experience across both the business and
social sectors, Lori is an accomplished executive known for her
strategic leadership and commitment to impactful change. Before joining
Avodah, Lori was the Chief Operating Officer for a global translation
agency, where she spearheaded transformative initiatives. Her career has
included several senior roles in which she successfully built
collaborative teams and led significant organizational change efforts.
Lori’s career began in finance and administration at a small business.
She later joined a fast-growing tech start-up, where she established a
people-centered HR function, discovering her talent for building teams
and developing people’s best capabilities. After several years in tech,
Lori transitioned to the social sector, spending nearly five years in
Israel leading HR and operations for a nonprofit organization. Lori
holds an Executive MBA and is an avid reader and devoted college
football fan. She currently resides in Texas, USA, enjoying the sunshine
and warmth of the region.
