Rocket attacks, division, and sickness were among the many difficulties people in Israel faced this year. Local ministries have persevered to help those around them overcome unimaginable challenges through the love of Jesus.
In the midst of a year full of suffering all around the world, we find hope in the words of Yeshua: “In me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart, I have overcome the world” (John 16:33).
Because He overcame, we are overcomers. As overcomers, local believers in Israel help their neighbors overcome poverty, depression, and so much more.
These believers are not “overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good” (Romans 12:21) as local ministries continue to reveal the love of Jesus, day in and day out, in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa, and all across Israel. You can help reach thousands more!

Margarita overcame the fear of the unknown in an overwhelming pregnancy with the help of a local ministry. Believers have continued to offer support to at-risk mothers in the similar situations this year.
Avi's passion is to share the Good News with Israelis and disciple them to become strong believers, rooted and grounded in the word of God. Through a coffee shop, prayer room, and congregation located in downtown Tel Aviv, his team has overcome countless challenges to impact their local community with the love of Jesus.
Chaim and a group of young Israeli Messianic believers overcame travel restrictions during the pandemic to travel to South America and share the Gospel with Israeli backpackers. Their devotion to reaching their brothers with the love of Jesus is unwavering - regardless of the circumstances.
With your help, we're investing $1 million into local ministries to impact over 0,000 lives in Israel.

Margarita's Story
This year has not been easy, as all of us have had to face challenges. In the midst of the fear and chaos - we choose not to shrink back in discouragement, but we remember that “[We] are from God and have overcome... for He who is in you is greater than He who is in the world.” 1 John 4:4
In Israel, we've seen local believers overcome countless obstacles. Margarita grew up in a believing Jewish family in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Many Jewish families from around the world desire to “make Aliyah” (immigrate, literally “to go up”) to Israel at some point in their lives.
When she was 15 years old, Margarita decided to move to Israel. She joined 100 other teenagers through an Aliyah youth program. Upon arrival, the program housed the young new immigrants, helped them finish high school, and taught them Hebrew. With a moderate monthly stipend for food and bi-annual funds for clothing, she bravely began her life in Israel alone - without her closest family.
She got married right after high school and they started their own family. Life in Israel can prove financially challenging, especially with children. Despite this, Margarita continued to overcome countless obstacles by working hard and praying harder.
When she was overwhelmed in trying to make ends meet, she learned she was pregnant again. In desperation, she found support through one of our local ministry partners, Be’ad Chaim (“Pro-Life”). The organization acted fast. They provided Margarita with supplies needed for the whole first year of her child’s life and brought support and encouragement.

In overcoming, Margarita continues to put her trust in Yeshua (Jesus) and has encountered His love through the local body of believers. She is grateful for the community she has found in her congregation as she raises her 8 children from the ages of 3 months to 22 years.
Despite humble life conditions, her children are all thriving. For example, her oldest son is studying at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance and was accepted into a prestigious military orchestra, playing clarinet.
Thanks to generous people like you, local ministries are able to help mothers like Margarita care for their children in the midst of difficult circumstances.
