Stories from Israel Academy of Ministry
Equipping Believers in Israel for InfluenceRead
What happens after a leader has been equipped and trained in the theology and doctrine necessary to forge a ministry? How many ministers do you know that were given practical tools to lead a congregation or organization?
The IAM academy is focused on training in practical leadership. This program is designed around short intensives classes of one, two, or three days up to one and two-week classes depending on the specific topics. All classes are crafted to help existing leaders gain specific strengths in areas of improving their congregations, ministries, and organizations. The program is also designed to train assistant leaders, future leaders, up and coming leaders and lay leaders to bridge the gap between theological/doctrinal training and the hands-on application of leading various ministries.
Israel Academy of Ministry (IAM) is a King of Kings Ministry focused on the development of practical leadership skills. They are passionate about strengthening veteran leaders through continued education and seeing new leaders established with the skill set needed to lead an organization.
Originally from Germany, Daniel grew up in a ministry environment to parents serving as Pastors. At the age of 8, he moved with his family to live for a year in Jerusalem, Israel and attended a young and growing local congregation named ‘King of Kings’. Daniel returned often to Israel to visit friends. In 2010, Daniel volunteered in a rehabilitation center in Tel Aviv where he not only served the patients, but couldn’t take his eyes off a certain girl whom he married soon after.
Right after their wedding in 2012, God called Daniel and his wife Jalene, who is Canadian, back to Israel to serve as the Children and Youth Directors at King of Kings Community Jerusalem. In addition to his Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Daniel also achieved his Masters of Divinity: Pastoral Ministries in 2017. At the same time in 2017, Daniel stepped into the lead position at King of Kings Community Herzliya where he serves now with his wife Jalene as the senior pastor. In addition to this, Daniel leads the Israel Academy of Ministry (IAM) which is part of the King of Kings family. He supports the executive team as an advisor and oversees different departments within King of Kings Ministries.
Daniel is a lover of all kinds of sports, but enjoys playing soccer as well as running. Even more than his hobbies, Daniel loves his family and enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls.
